A Big Texas-Size Welcome to District 5910 Youth Exchange Students!
Our 1st  inbound has arrived!!!  Her name is “Macha”. She is from France and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of College Station.  She was met by her host father and Club President, Doug Bramwell and daughter, Isabella, Rotary Counselor, Charles Gilliland and Immediate Past Club President, Bob Brick.
Our 2nd inbound has arrived!!!  Her name is Maria. She is from Spain and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of The Woodlands.  She was met by her host parents, Ralph and Carol Schroeder, and her Rotary Counselor, Adria Salas. 
Our 3rd inbound has arrived!!!  Her name is Isabella. She is from Brazil and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Bryan.  She was met by her host father, John Anderson, her Rotary Counselor, Charles Gilliland, and another newly arrived inbound student, Macha.  from France.  (Macha is hosted by the RC of College Station.)
Our 4th inbound has arrived!!!  His name is Johann. He is from Germany and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Lake Conroe.  He was met by host family, Greg and Rhonda Darby, sons Callum and Elias, Daughters Morgan and Grace.  Also on hand to greet him were his Rotary Counselor, Randall Wiley and family, and Club Youth  Exchange Officer, PDG Doris and Wally Lockey. By the way, Callum has just returned from his year as a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in Spain.
Our 5th inbound has arrived!!!  Her name is Fruzsi. She is from Hungary and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Huntsville.  She was met by her host parents, Marcus and Nisa Gillespie, her Rotary Counselor Carol Mattingly, District RYE Chairman Glen Mattingly and new friend Katie Williams.  Katie is the daughter of Past Club President Darren and Jennifer Williams.  
Our 6th inbound has arrived!!!  Her name is Point. She is from Thailand and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of League City.  She was met by her host father, Tom Childers, his daughter Courtney and son Kevin,  her Rotary Counselor, Kim Buttrum, and her Host Club Youth Exchange Officer, Birda Gaskin.  Courtney, in the Rotary Blazer, was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in Germany in 2013-14.   
Our 7th inbound has arrived!!!  Her name is Clara. She is from Germany and will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Palestine.  She was met by her host parents, Paul and LeeAnn Martine and her Rotary Counselor, PDG Brenda Walker. 
After many hours layover in New Jersey, our 8th inbound arrived at 1:05 this morning!!!  Her name is Laurane and she is from Belgium.  She will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Livingston.  She was met by her Rotary Counselor Blair McDonald and wife Ann, her host mother, Brenda Battaglia and two very thoughtful Livingston High School students.
After one flight cancellation and a few hours delay in departure our 9th inbound student arrived this morning – one day later than she planned!!!  Her name is Flavia and she is from Brazil.  She will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Nacogdoches.  She was met by her host parents, Matt and Amber Duckworth, daughter, Mariah and son, Elijah.  Also on hand for the greeting were RYE Chairman Glen Mattingly, wife Carol, and Fruzsi, an inbound student from Hungary, hosted by the Rotary Club of Huntsville.
Our 10th inbound student arrived this morning!!!  His  name is Taisuke and he is from Japan.  He will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Galveston. Taisuke was met at the airport by his Rotary Counselor, PDG Ulli Budelmann, and greeted at their home by his host family, Scott and Martha Livanec and children, Marie Louise, Mac, and Caroline. 
Our 11th inbound student arrived today!!!  Her  name is Djazz and she is from France.  She will be hosted by the Rotary Club of Friendswood. Djazz was greeted at the airport by her Rotary Counselor, Gary Kay and wife Mercedes, her host father Craig Hall and daughter Alex.  Gary missed the photo, because he was operating the camera.
