Members of the Downtown Rotary Club of Palestine gathered on Tuesday, March 17 for a ribbon-cutting and formal dedication of the Downtown Rotary Club Dogwood Sculpture by artist Jeffie Brewer. The sculpture has been placed at the Palestine Farmers Market, just in time for the city’s annual Dogwood Festival on March 21.
