The League City Rotary Club recently partnered with Tykes.Need.Bikes to bring joy, confidence, and opportunity to students at League City Elementary School. Through this meaningful collaboration, 60 students received brand-new bicycles and safety helmets during the school’s annual bike giveaway event.

For many of the students, this was their first bicycle—opening the door to outdoor play, independence, and healthy activity. The excitement was evident as smiles filled the campus and students proudly rolled away with their new rides, ready to explore their neighborhoods and enjoy the simple joy of being a kid.

This impactful project reflects Rotary’s commitment to supporting youth, promoting wellness, and strengthening communities through hands-on service. By working together with dedicated community partners like Tykes.Need.Bikes, League City Rotary continues to make a lasting difference—one bicycle at a time.
